On Saturday July 17, 2010, ABC Family will be showing a marathon of romantic comedies starring Sandra Bullock.

Miss Congeniality (2000) also starring Benjamin Bratt and Michael Caine
New York based FBI Agent, Gracie Hart, played by Sandra Bullock, has never been very successful in social settings, but she takes pride in her work, so when her professional reputation is called into question due to a misstep, she is prepared to take drastic measures to regain work-place respect.
However, she never suspected the nature of her next undercover assignment! Hart, who admits that she does not even own a hairbrush, takes little time regarding her appearance, but she is suddenly thrust into the beauty pageant world, where looks are almost everything.
Posing as the contestant from New Jersey, she must work with fellow FBI Agent, Eric Matthews (Benjamin Bratt) to secure the Miss USA “scholarship program,” while contending with the grooming of pageant guru, Victor Melling (Michael Caine).

Practical Magic (1998) also starring Nicole Kidman, Stockard Channing, and Dianne Wiest
Two sisters, Frances (Stockyard Channing) and Jet (Dianne Wiest), must assist in improving the fortunes and love lives of their orphaned nieces, Gillian (Nicole Kidman) and Sally (Sandra Bullock).
These Owens family females are cursed to having their true love die tragically, but since they have the magical powers of witches, they decide that some spell must be able to free them of the curse.
And in the magical nature of all good fairytales, these witches will somehow find a way to enable them to all live happily ever after!
Two Weeks Notice (2002) also starring Hugh Grant
Lucy Kelson, played by Sandra Bullock, is a committed environmental lawyer in her hometown of New York City, but to succeed where her environmental campaigns have previously failed, Lucy agrees to begin working for the enemy.
George Wade, played by Hugh Grant, is everything opposite to Lucy, and despite his older brother’s best efforts to encourage George to leave behind the ways of a frivolous wealthy charmer, George remains an immature billionaire.
The Wade Brothers run one of the companies Lucy finds socially reprehensible, but working as their lawyer, she can improve the company’s social responsibility.
